Hi Anthony;

Try sending a request to Peter & Claire White via the  HOC Contacts Page (http://www.heskethownersclub.org.uk/Pages/contacts.htm)
.

They bought out all the Hesketh Motorcycles stock earlier this year and may be in a position to help...

Hi Jeff,

Will do, I have also sent an e mail to IGNITECH several days ago but as yet have not heard back. Whilst the bike is down I have purchased a pair of high performance coils from the guys at British Cycle Supply along with a Shindengen FH020AA reg/rec from Ebay.com here for $129.95 with free shipping (came in two days)and have just ordered from Coolcats online a SS3AW Charge relay as you gave a positive review recently. With your knowledge and contact with Coolcats is it possible for you to draw me a simple wiring diagram to splice in the charge relay? Your pics are great but I need to be sure I get it right.
Thanks for all your help and advice hopefully Ill be back on the road soon.

No Problem Anthony, but the interconnections depend entirely on the connectors you choose to use on the Shindengen Rec/Reg unit...

But, in a nutshell, this is the important changes to the Rec/Reg wiring:

(http://iloapp.empressmcc.org.uk/data/_gallery/public/11/139482708845868600_resized.jpg)

Honda use yellow for each of the generator phase outputs, red for the +ve output and green for the -ve...

The SS3AW uses yellow for the phase input, black for the -ve and the orange wire is the one that goes to the White/Brown wire from the Hesketh generator lamp...

I've done a few hundred miles with the new setup and it's working fine... The only down side is that the generator lamp is a little bit dim... Cool-cat did say that the bulb may need uprating, but I've been busy building another bike since I did this mod...  ;D

Hope that helps

Jeff

Cannot get them on the phone. Let me know how much it is and
