The YUASA Y60-N24L-A is a good fit in the HESKETH if you are happy with the terminal posts inboard instead of outboard, otherwise the negative post touches the inside of the side panel. The YUASA site has a list price of £108.00 or £78.00 from MDS. However, HALFORDS still have some of these on discount and the price is £24.00. I bought two from my local HALFORDS in Yeovil so they might have run out now. Order on line - click and collect for the discounted price from your local store, while stocks last!

This particular battery is great for the H because of 28Ah and 300 Cold Crank Amps. Instant starter!

Happy HESKETHING!

Reserved..! - I'll go collect this afternoon...  Thanks Robert.

I searched long and hard for a battery last year.  The Yuasa that was fitted when I bought the bike was about six years old and I decided to swap it out to keep the old girl spinning over properly...  Best price I could get was £50 (Lucas Classic Motorcycle Battery bought @ Stafford).  It's only a year old now, so lots of life left yet (hopefully).

I'll store the Yuasa 'dry' in a nice warm place (that the Mrs won't find) and hold it as 'stock' for future use...

At £24.00, who wouldn't..?!
