HOC Christmas Dinner 2013 (ish...)

All HOC members are cordially invited to join us at the HOC Christmas Dinner.

After last year's success, we're returning to the same venue; "the Heart Of England" in Weedon, Northants.  Dinner will be booked for 7:30-8:00 pm on the evening of Saturday 18th January 2014

A HOC Committee meeting will be held in the hotel from 2:00 pm onwards – all welcome.

I have booked all 12 rooms in the hotel – mixture of singles, twins and doubles - for which they will offer HOC Members a reduced rate, including breakfast.  Furthermore, there is also a Premier Inn close by if the Heart of England becomes full.

The meal cost will be very competitive - £30 for 2 people, which includes three courses. 

All Bookings to be made through Scott.  Please let me know if you are interested in the meal (I'll require a £5 deposit for each Member).  If you require a room in the hotel, please inform me as I'm controlling the room allocation, etc; therefore, there is no requirement for you to go through the hotel!
