Paul Sleeman, is he still working with Heskeths

Title says it all really. I can't get hold of him.
I have a Hesketh with his ignition system on made by GILL electronics
GILL are not at all helpful, the igniter unit has failed, and all attempts to get another have been unfruitful
I was hoping to get hold of Paul to see if he had any others or if he could persuade GILL to make me one
