Hi, would any one be able to point me in the right direction regarding a new choke cable and a pair of air filters? I heard a rumour that the filters are out of a car.... is that so? and if so what car? I suspect the cable is unique to Hesketh. Any ideas?

Hello Kevin, I generally get my cables made up by Venhill.  https://www.venhill.co.uk/  You can send them dimensions or the old cables. Or buy one of their expensive kits and you will only ever use 10% of it!

The air filters were reportedly from a Vauxhall VIVA and this is the closest I can find: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/154423439520?epid=1909336959&hash=item23f45ab0a0:g:zI0AAOSw--xbyLQU

Hello again Kevin, I forgot that the filters subject has come up before and that in fact, they are not from any car but were made by HESKETH. Strange but true!

Many thanks for the prompt reply. The cable is now at Venhill (it gave me a ride out!). The filters will have to be thought about but will probably be home made.
